For many people, hay fever season brings weeks or even months of sneezing, itchy eyes, congestion and fatigue. While medications can help manage symptoms, there is another approach that focuses on supporting the body’s own resilience — and timing is key.

What many people don’t realise is that the best time to treat hay fever isn’t when symptoms are at their worst — it’s before the season even begins.

 

Why start before symptoms appear?

Hay fever is essentially an overreaction of the immune system. When pollen levels rise, the body responds too strongly, releasing histamine and triggering inflammation in the sinuses and airways.
