Traditional Acupuncture in Norfolk

NEW  CLINIC LOCATION - NEW OPENING HOURS

 

I am pleased to announce I can return to work, however to meet with the Covid 19 rules set by the government and recommendations from The British Acupuncture Council there will be several changes to the way I work including my opening hours and which treatments I can offer.

 

Firstly if you or any members of your household or place of work feel unwell and have any symptoms relating to Covid 19, please do not book an appointment or come to the clinic but contact your GP.

 

When you book your appointment I will email you a Covid 19 healthcare screening form which you will need to complete and return before attending your appointment.

 

Your initial consultation will be taken over the phone to reduce the amount of time we spend together face to face. Or if you prefer you can email me your symptoms etc.

The clinic has suspended the use of its waiting room so when you arrive please remain either in your car or outside until you receive a phone call to invite you into the clinic. This is to minimise contact with others.

​

Please do not arrive early as you will not be invited in before your appointment time.

​

Upon entering the clinic you will be asked to wash your hands and put on a face mask. The mask can be your own or I can provide you with a single use mask for a small fee of £1.00. I will be wearing some PPE such as a face mask, wear gloves when removing needles and use a face shield when taking a tongue diagnosis.

​

All the soft furnishings in my treatment room have been removed to allow complete disinfecting and cleaning in-between appointments.

Once the Acupuncture treatment is underway I will leave the room to further reduce the amount of time we spend in close proximity to one another.

​

For everyones safety my appointment times have changed to minimise face to face contact and to allow for the treatment room to be thoroughly cleaned and aired in-between patients.

​

Opening hours during Covid 19 restrictions are: Friday 9.30 am - 4.00 pm. Saturday 9.30 am - 4.00pm. Appointments will last no longer than 45 mins in total.

 

Fees - £40.00 per session which can either be paid in advance by a BACs transfer or by cash or cheque on the day but please bring the correct amount and fill in the cheque details in advance.
